About this project
A tall black aluminium floor-to-ceiling window alongside a natural stone feature wall — installed as part of a high-specification interior renovation in Surrey. The brief required the window to align precisely with the stone coursing, demanding careful coordination between the structural and glazing teams. A1 supplied and fitted a thermally broken aluminium unit that performs as well as it looks, contributing to the project's architectural ambition without compromise. This is the kind of installation that shows up in design portfolios — and it showed up in ours.
