Doors
Composite, bi-fold, sliding and French doors — aligned precisely, sealed properly, finished to last.
Getting the Fit Right
A door that sticks, draughts or fails to lock is not just inconvenient — it is a security risk. Every door we fit is aligned to precise tolerances, the frame is plumb and square, and every seal and lock is tested before we leave.
Whether it is a new composite front door, a full-width bi-fold system, or a set of sliding patio doors, the attention to the frame preparation and the installation detail is what separates a door that performs from one that causes problems.
Every frame checked for plumb, level and square before installation
Full multi-point lock testing before sign-off
Correct weatherseal and draught-proofing throughout
New internal and external trim, matched to your finish
Written quotation covering all frames, hardware and labour

FAQs
Door Questions Answered
How long does a door installation take?
A single door replacement is usually completed within half a day. Bi-fold and sliding door installations take a full day or more depending on the size of the opening.
Are composite doors more secure than UPVC?
Composite doors offer higher security than standard UPVC due to their solid GRP-over-timber core and multi-point locking. All our composite doors are PAS 24 security rated.
Can bi-fold doors be opened from one side?
Yes. We always include a "traffic door" option, which allows you to open one panel independently without folding the entire system — ideal for everyday access.
What is the maximum width for bi-fold doors?
Aluminium bi-fold door systems can span up to 7 metres across. We design and specify each system to suit your exact opening width.
Do you install new frames or just replace the door?
We can do both. If the existing frame is in good condition, we can retain it and replace only the door leaf. If the frame needs replacing, we do that too as part of the same job.
