About this project
New black UPVC guttering, fascias and soffits installed across the full roofline of a red brick Surrey property. Roofline products are often overlooked in favour of more visible glazing upgrades, but failing fascias and guttering cause significant damage over time — water ingress, rot, pest entry. A1 stripped the original timber entirely, sealed the rafter feet, and fitted a full run of black UPVC that will not rot, will not require painting and comes with a 10-year guarantee. The clean black-on-brick contrast was an unexpected aesthetic bonus.
